The package is dedicated to all types of events, such as company or product presentations, exhibitions, installations, fashion shows, press conferences, business meetings.

Depending on the complexity of the set-up, we advise you to provide additional days for assembly and disassembly.

Select the desired days on the calendar to view the total cost.
You can select contiguous dates or in different periods, for example every Thursday of a month, or two weekends.
The cost is proportional to the number of days of use of the space.

DEPOSIT

At the time of booking you will be asked to confirm the payment of a deposit equal to 30% of the total amount by bank transfer within 10 days.
Alternatively, if you have a PayPal account, you can immediately pay the deposit online.
In the event that you are making a reservation with an advance of less than 7 days you will be required to pay the full amount.

FINAL BALANCE

You will have to pay the balance no later than 7 days before the first day selected in the reservation.

VAT

Where not indicated, all prices shown are inclusive of VAT.
A regular invoice will be sent to you for payment.
